Doreen Granpeesheh, PhD
Dr. Granpeesheh has over 30 years of experience in aiding those with autism to improve their lives. During her studies at UCLA, she collaborated with Dr. Lovaas on a pivotal 1987 study demonstrating significant progress in nearly half of the autistic participants. Building on Lovaas’s methods, she created the CARD Model for autism treatment. In 1990, she established CARD, which under her guidance has grown to become a top global provider of ABA therapy for autism, with around 30 locations and 1,500 specialized staff members, including many Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
David Humphrey, JD
David Humphrey is an accomplished attorney and CEO with extensive experience leading diverse organizations. He is on the board of several nonprofit institutions, including THE FORUM INSTITUTE and ACT Today! and co-founded the Autism Treatment Network. His efforts are instrumental in the P2i project, which aims to improve pregnancy outcomes and infant health globally.
Humphrey co-founded the Medical Academy of Pediatric Special Needs and held significant roles with the Autism Society of America and the Autism Research Institute. He has owned and directed companies in various sectors, including a CLIA-certified laboratory specializing in Mass Spectrometry and non-invasive clinical testing.
With over three decades of commitment to children’s health research, particularly for special needs, Humphrey is a respected entrepreneur and legal expert. He has created successful ventures, such as the world-leading promotional “Frisbee” manufacturer, and been recognized for business growth and environmental consciousness in his leadership of the Kirkman Group, Inc.
A top graduate from the University of Washington School of Law, his expertise lies in strategic planning for non-profits, international law, and the operation of private companies.
Jeanne Conry, MD, PhD
Jeanne Conry was the recent President at the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) and is celebrated for her tenure as the 64th President of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She also presides over the Women’s Preventive Services Initiative (WPSI), a collaborative network of health professionals across the United States dedicated to women’s health. WPSI is instrumental in shaping guidelines for preventive healthcare services. Dr. Conry spearheaded the US National Maternal Health Initiative, targeting the reduction of maternal mortality and enhancing healthcare throughout all stages of pregnancy. Her leadership extends to shaping national reproductive health and environmental policies, earning her the Environmental Protection Agency Health Champion Award.
Her career in medicine includes a pivotal role as an obstetrician-gynecologist at Kaiser Permanente, known for being the largest health maintenance organization in the US. Furthermore, she holds the position of President and CEO of the Environmental Health Leadership Foundation, where her contributions have been recognized with the Visionary Leadership Award from the University of California. The US House of Representatives has also acknowledged her for her significant contributions to women’s health. Dr. Conry obtained her medical degree and completed her residency at the University of California, Davis, also serving as an Associate Clinical Professor. In addition to her medical qualifications, she possesses a PhD in biology from the University of Colorado.
David Kong

Steve Mullhill, MBA
Steve is a successful global sales and marketing executive with expertise in virtual engagement solutions and technology operations management. Since 2011, he has served as the Director of Sales for Intercall, the world’s largest conferencing provider. Its key services include offering increased audio, web and video conferencing solutions for effective business communications. As Technical Advisor for P2i, Steve brings strategic planning, strong C-level business development, sales and operations management expertise. Prior to joining Intercall, Steve honed his skills in business development and leadership through management positions with 6Connex, BScaler, Inc., Ximeta, Inc., and Zen Research Inc.

David Cheveallier, MBA
David has more than 35 years in senior management of non-profit organizations ranging from $2 million to $8.5 million with up to 260 employees. He has a strong background in international business, program development and turn-around management. For the past 15 years, he has served as President and CEO of Easter Seals Oregon. Prior to this role, David was Vice President, Western Region, for Volunteers of America. Education: MBA, Tulane University
David joined the FORUM as very influencial person with Easter Seals as a regional director. He is very insightful and very bright. He is now retired and will not likely continue with the BOD
John Finnell
John is a veteran in the business world, boasting a prolific career that spans over two decades, primarily distinguished by his expertise in international trade, particularly with China and Hong Kong. His illustrious journey also encompasses significant tenures in upper management within the promotional products sector, where he honed his leadership skills and business acumen. Beyond his professional pursuits, John is deeply passionate about empowering the younger generation and promoting educational initiatives. His longstanding commitment to nurturing human potential is reflected in his influential role as the former president of the Oregon Youth Council in the 1970s and his notable service on the Oregon Governor’s Committee on Children and Youth.
Frank Rudolph, ESQ, MBA
Frank brings many years of fiscal management to his role as a Forum board member. As the Vice President and Wealth Advisor for Wells Fargo Private Bank, Frank oversees client assets throughout the company’s Nevada region. His areas of expertise include wealth management, portfolio management, commercial lending and investments. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Frank worked in sales management positions spanning 21 years for Columbia Management Investment Advisors, LLC. Frank is currently the CEO of a billion dollar company.

Frank was added for his sharp intellect. He has had a great career as an attorney and a senior banker in the Private Banking of Wells Fargo representing many of the welathist families in Nevada. He is very smart. This will likely be leaving the Board
Nathaniel DeNicola, MD, MSHP, FACOG
Nathaniel DeNicola, MD, MSHP, FACOG, is a Johns Hopkins Health System board-certified Ob/Gyn based in Washington, DC, and holds the position of Telehealth Chair for the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG). In his capacity, he is recognized as the leading authority on mobile and telehealth initiatives at ACOG and spearheads their innovation efforts, including authoring the ACOG Committee Opinion on Telehealth and a comprehensive review of telehealth in February 2020.
Dr. DeNicola has contributed as a consultant to various prestigious medical bodies, such as the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO), advising on the integration of mobile and social media, developing educational resources, and promoting telehealth best practices.
Currently, he presides over the Environmental Committees Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO).
As an internationally recognized speaker, he has presented extensively on how telehealth, mobile technologies, and social media can be seamlessly woven into medical practice.
Before his current engagements, he was part of the Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholars Program (VA) at the University of Pennsylvania, where he also imparted knowledge as faculty at the social media and Health Innovation Lab and served as a Senior Fellow at the Leonard Davis Institute on Health Economics. He has been a Merkin Scholar at the Brookings Institution Engelberg Center on Health Care Reform.
Dr. DeNicola completed his Obstetrics & Gynecology residency at Tulane University. He earned his medical degree from the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Notre Dame.
